Boulder International LLC was established in 1973 in Vaduz, Lichtenstein with the purpose of providing strategic, financial and operational expertise for global companies expanding their markets, restructuring problem operations, improving corporate performance and establishing strategic partnerships. The practice has expanded its focus to include Interim management (CEO, CFO) and crisis management for corporate restructuring and turnarounds.
